By Car:
From M6 Northbound: Leave the M6 at Junction 25 and joint the A49 towards Wigan. Follow the A49 towards the centre of Wigan and shortly after passing under the railway line turn left at the roundabout into Robin Park Road. Take the next right into Loire Drive and the JJB stadium is on the right.

From M6 Southbound: Leave the M6 at Junction 26 and join the A577 until it meets the A49 and join this road heading towards Wigan. Almost immediately turn left at the roundabout into Robin Park Road. Follow directions to the stadium as above.

By Rail:
There are two stations, Wigan Wallgate Station and Wigan north Western Station both in the town centre about a 20 minute walk to the ground.

By Car:
From A1(M) – Leave the A1(M) at Junction 62 and join the A690 heading towards Sunderland. At the junction of the A690 with the A19 turn left to join the A19 heading north towards the Tyne Tunnel. After crossing the River Wear turn right on to the A1231 towards Sunderland. After approximately 3 miles the Stadium of Light will be visible on your right.

By Rail:
The Stadium of Light is about a 15-minute walk from Sunderland station going over the Wearmouth Bridge. The nearest metro station on the Tyne-Wear Metro is St Peters Metro a 5-minute walk from the ground.
